David is a highly accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience specializing in risk and regulatory assurance. Throughout his career, he has provided invaluable support to startups and Fortune 500 companies in identifying, mitigating, and managing risks. Prior to joining Thoropass, David held the position of Senior Manager within the Trust and Transparency Solutions practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, IL.

Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Butler University, David brings a strong educational foundation to his role. Currently, as a leader within Thoropass’ InfoSec Assurance practice, he plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a range of offerings, including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and HIPAA compliance. His expertise lies in the comprehensive review and support of SOC audit processes and HIPAA attestations for businesses of varying sizes and industries.
