These core tenets drive the purpose of everything we do

Compliance is a good thing

It’s not a drag, but an enabler for growth. It’s worth your time and energy.

We take pride in thorough work; standing on a solid foundation is the only way forward.

Partnership lightens the load

We’re the experts so you don’t have to be and we’ll support you throughout your journey.

Innovation deserves to happen

We want to see your organization’s growth follow its natural course and won’t allow compliance to get in your way.

Meet our leadership

Each of our executive leaders bring unique and complementary experience and expertise to the table.

A co-founder of Thoropass, Sam serves as the CEO. Before Thoropass, Sam was an EIR at Bain Capital Ventures after running Zinc Platform, a YC-backed InsurTech startup as co-founder and CTO. He studied CS at the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Sam is an avid traveler and takes cooking very seriously.

Eva serves as the President and COO of Thoropass, which she co-founded. Before Thoropass, Eva founded BRCG, a boutique consulting firm after a 20+ year career at Citigroup where she was a Managing Director leading IT control, compliance, and vendor management. A graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, Eva has a passion for supporting women’s professional growth initiatives and is involved with numerous non profit organizations. Eva is proud to be a mother to 6 children and she enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her extended family, cooking, and traveling.

Before Thoropass, Austin was CEO of Yhat, a data science company acquired by Alteryx (NYSE: AYX) in 2017. At Alteryx, Austin oversaw machine learning products. Austin is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He enjoys whitewater kayaking and bluegrass music.

Dicken serves as Thoropass’s CFO. Prior to joining Thoropass in 2022, Dicken was the CFO at Turbonomic, where he helped grow the company from $20mm revenue to $200mm+, and ultimately its $2 billion acquisition by IBM. An early stage investor-operator, Dicken is passionate about working through the challenges of nurturing the many aspects of a scaling business, which he learned firsthand as an investor at Audax Group Private Equity. A graduate of Williams College, Dicken lives in Alexandria, VA with his family.

In his role as CRO, Bryan oversees the entire Revenue organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Across his 25 years of being a Sales and CS leader, Bryan helped scale Axiom Law to $250MM+ in revenue (leading to a successful exit), helped establish the enterprise business and secure the Series E round with Andela, and oversaw US and UK business units at CEB Gartner. He has degrees from UVA and NYU Stern, lives in Brooklyn with his family (including three poorly behaved boys), and roots for all the wrong NY sports teams.
