Terms and Conditions The promoter is: Thoropass Inc. whose registered office is at 228 Park Ave S, PMB 41082, New York, NY 10003. The competition is open to residents of North America aged 21 years or over except employees of Thoropass Inc. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are provided below. This contest is being run on-site at HITRUST Collaborate 2024 only. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. To enter this competition, one is agreeing to opt-in to receive marketing information from Thoropass. Closing date for entry will be Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at 1:59 pm CST. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Rules for Entry The entrant must have been scanned as a lead on-site at HITRUST Collaborate 2024 on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at 1:59 pm CST. Thoropass Inc. reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Raffle should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Raffle. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Raffle is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Thoropass Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The Prize The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by Thursday, October 4th, 2024, at 5:00 pm EST. The winner will be notified by email within 7 business days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 calendar days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter will notify the winner via email and may request an address for delivery of the prize. Refusal to accept the prize by withholding information releases the Raffle Parties from any obligation toward the winner. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
