Terms and Conditions The promoter is: Thoropass Inc. whose registered office is at 45 W 27th Street, New York, NY 10001. Thoropass Projector Screen Giveaway – AWS Summit New York 2025 The competition is open to residents of North America aged 18 years or over except employees of Thoropass Inc. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition. By entering this giveaway, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry is available exclusively on-site at AWS Summit New York 2025. To enter, participants must be scanned as a lead by a Thoropass representative during the event. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. To enter this competition, one is agreeing to opt-in to receive marketing information from Thoropass. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday, July 16th 2025, at 5:00 pm EST. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Thoropass Inc. is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical issues, connectivity, or other reasons beyond its control. PrizeThe prize is one projector screen. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. Thoropass reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner Selection and NotificationOne winner will be selected at random via software from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place by Thursday, July 17th 2025, at 5:00 pm EST. The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 calendar days, Thoropass reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. Delivery of PrizeThe winner may be asked to provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery. Failure to provide necessary information may result in forfeiture of the prize. Cancellation or ModificationThoropass Inc. reserves the right to cancel or suspend the giveaway in the event of any cause beyond its control (e.g., virus, fraud, technical failure) that interferes with its proper conduct. Any attempt to deliberately damage systems or undermine the operation of the giveaway may result in legal action. Final DecisionAll decisions made by Thoropass Inc. regarding the giveaway are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
