Victoria Ritter

Victoria is an auditor, first and foremost. She earned her Master of Accounting from North Carolina State University in 2015 and is a licensed CPA. With over nine years of audit experience—including six years at a top 10 accounting firm—she discovered her passion for SOC reporting early in her career.

Victoria has led numerous audits for a wide range of companies, from cloud-based startups to large public enterprises with complex system environments. This breadth of experience has given her a strong understanding of how factors such as company size, industry, and technical infrastructure influence control environments.

She is well-versed in the common pain points of traditional audits and is driven by a mission to transform the process into a collaborative experience that adds value and builds trust. Guided by a people-first mindset, Victoria is committed to making audits smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable for everyone involved.
